The circuit runs along Las Vegas Boulevard directly in front of the venue. The cars pass within roughly sixty metres of the front of the building.
The long Boulevard straight ends in a hard left onto Harmon Avenue — the heaviest braking point of the lap, taken at the corner immediately outside.
Nearly two kilometres flat out down the Strip before they lift. Top-speed running, downshifts and late-braking moves all happen in view of the terrace.
